Safe Sex & Condoms

Why Sex? Here are the reasons.
 
Sex can be an enjoyable, Reduces depression, Lowers blood pressure and stress, improves sleep, keeps you fit, prevents prostate cancer. Eventhough many sexual activities carry risks.
 
Risks:
1. unwanted pregnancy
2. emotional and psychological trauma
3. STDs & Diseases
 
Safe Sex:
1. Avoid partners who use drugs or have had many other sexual partners, an STDs, or unprotected homosexual intercourse.
2. Mixing sex with alcohol or illegal substances lessens the ability to practice safer sex.
3. Monogamy, practice one-to-one relationship, try to lower the risk of catching an STD.
4. Do not hesitate to visit healthcare right away if an STD or exposure to an STD is suspected.
 
Why condoms?
* The consistent and proper use of condoms protect against unwanted pregnancy and the HIV transmission and several other sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
* Check the expiration date of condoms you bought. Open the package carefully, so you don't rip the condom.
* Preparation are mandatory while using condoms, so put on the condom after the penis is erect and before it touches any part of a partner's body. If you feel penis is uncircumcised, you must pull back the foreskin before putting on the condom.
* Use a condom only once. Never use the same condom for vaginal and anal intercourse.
