Get Ready for Quintessence Breastfeeding Challenge

Breast milk is said to be the most nutritious diet for the baby, but it has been seen that many people object when mothers feed their babies in open. They won’t even mind terming the act to be obscene.

However, in order to raise the awareness in regard to breast feeding also to set a new record of breast feeding babies in public, a competition is going to be organized on Saturday.

The competition named as the Quintessence Breastfeeding Challenge, is said to take place every year. The competition aims to encourage mothers to breastfeed their babies in open and without any hesitation.

“I think events like this are important for all mothers, but particularly young and first-time mothers who may be feeling frustrated and intimidated by nursing”, said one of the mothers, who have been participating in the event for last one year.

Experts were of the view that they do not deny that many people object the act in public, but it can also not be denied that time has changed. The positive thing about the time change is that more number of women are able to breast feed their babies in open. It is expected that this competition helps more number of women to come out and breastfeed without any inhibitions.
